Broaden your Vision: Use your gifts(1 Peter 4:10-11)

God has given gifts to each of you from his great variety of spiritual gifts.  Manage them well so that God's generosity can flow through you.  Are you called to be a speaker?  Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you.  Are you called to help others?  Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies.  Then God will be given glory in everything through Jesus Christ.  All glory and power belong to him forever and ever.  Amen.

All of us and each of us have at least one gift, but I think most of us have more than one gift because God is very generous.  Using those gifts is good for our well-being as well as each other and for his glory.  Shouldn't we as well be generous in using the gifts God has given us?  I think so!

Our gifts are being used all the time, whether we are in the local church or not.  The Church is no longer limited to four walls.  Now the Church is truly global.  We operate differently over the borders and online.  We live in a totally different world than we used to be.  We are no longer preaching to part of the world like the apostles used to be but we are speaking to the whole world and that's where this message is going.  Using our gifts has become more crucial than ever in the salvation of the world.  Jesus Christ is coming soon and the end of the world is coming soon as verse 7 tells us.  We can no longer think local, we have to think global just like the rest of the world is thinking.  We will then be good stewards or managers of the gifts God has entrusted with.

Have a good day!
