Application of the Wheels (Portions of Ezekiel 1:15-21)
(Portions of Chapter 1:15-21)
Now this is where the wheels within the wheels and the living beings applied to us, may cause us to cringe.
As the wheels (The Spirit of the Gospel) turn in conformity and unity to each other so our will has to be applied to God's will which inevitably makes us aware of our sins and rebellion. Rebellion is hidden. Would Satan make rebellion so obvious? The answer is NO. The inner wheels which is our wills need to lay down and submit to God as Christ was willing to lay down his life for the brothers. Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft and witchcraft or divination is rebellion. Rebellion possesses us like witchcraft and yet it becomes such a big part of us that we are not even aware we are disobedient. Just the thought of living without consulting our Father for one minute is rebellion. Is he really part of everything you do or everything I do? He just wants to be. That decision you just made? Was it yours or His? How dare you keep him out of the picture?
This message of Ezekiel comes in time to a world that is in rebellion to everything that comes from God, but not only that, it also comes to a Church that has been too comfortable with the world. It is time for the Church to break its bounds to secularism, its past and guilt and be truly joined to Christ.
Have a really good day!
