God First

Questioning God: Why?

We can, of course question God to learn from Him.  Even if we ask him “Why…” he is never short of answers.  The answers are right there in his word where he also says in Hosea 4:6 “My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge.”

We, indeed, have rejected knowledge by not paying attention to it and by being indifferent to it or to Him. In times of revival, we must listen attentively to what God is saying to us.  What is a revival? It is a time of outpouring of the Holy Spirit of God calling back everyone from every country to come to know God more and more.  During that time the knowledge of God is revealed more deeply and the whole world is called to attention.

Do you want to be part of this?

God has all the answers. To all our problems and more

“Why should the living complain when punished for their sins”. (Lamentation 3:39 (NIV)

The answer is: We bring it on ourselves, but God in his mercy keep us alive.  We deserve death but we receive grace instead.  That is how the love of God is so great and needs to be proclaimed and God acclaimed.  If you want all the answers from God for your life, put him first in your life.  Through his word, the Bible, he will pour in you the knowledge of who he is that you never knew before.  He is the All-Knowing God and the only One.  For this, you must seek and knock, and you will receive whatever you need (Matthew 7:7-8).  Jesus is the answer to your sins and forgiveness through his Blood.  He is the answer for your physical strength and that is to be sitting at his feet and wait for him and be still before him and know that he is God (Psalm 46:10).  He is the answer to your loneliness because he will always be with you.  He is the “Emmanuel” of all mankind and loves each and everyone on earth.  He loves even the most hideous criminal with a supernatural love (Acts 9 Paul).  Love is the greatest power on earth that breaks through every barrier and darkest darkness.  Love breaks every chain and goes to the deepest depth to find the lost sheep.  Heaven is a place full of love and security, while Hell is a place of greatest lost and hatred.  Hell is the influence of this world because mankind ultimately has a choice for or against God.

The Bible is relevant for today.

The Bible is not a book written and inspired by men.  It is inspired and breathed by God, otherwise it would be popular in the media.  Nevertheless, for a long time it was a worldwide bestseller.  It is not a popular book, however because in it is revealed the nature of human condition.  This book was a bestseller because it puts God in the forefront of its pages.  This is how mankind will be in its most joyful element as well.  It is when God will be placed on the throne of human hearts, never to be taken down again.
