Job 33:4; Acts 2:18 and verse 22 (The Spirit of God)

For Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

This was spoken by Elihu, one of Job's friend after Job had terribly suffered as the Lord had tested him through many trials.

Elihu was saying this to Job to confirm that what he was saying was valid and true.  I want to share this verse to explain that all of us are created in God's image by God's Spirit whom we also call the Holy Spirit.  He is the same Spirit who was at creation for in Genesis 1:1 we read: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth was empty, a formless mass cloaked in darkness.  And the Spirit of God was hovering over its surface.

That same Spirit is present in these last days as we read in Acts 2:18:
"In those days I will pour out my Spirit upon all my servants, men and women alike, and they will prophesy"
And further down in verse 22 of this chapter the Apostle Peter says to the people of Israel and to us that "...God publicly endorsed Jesus of Nazareth by doing wonderful miracles, wonders, and signs through him as you well know..."

That same Spirit of God who was endorsing Jesus, the Son of God by sign and wonders made you and the world and he is one of the three person of the Triunity.  He is a servant just like Jesus and a Comforter and a Counsellor just like God the Father and God the Son, Jesus.  All three person working together to bring Love and Salvation and Light to a dying and dark world plagued with crimes and pestilences.  He is the one whom through Jesus offers you hope.

Will you take it as the clock advances into eternity.  As time runs out to its last breath.

We were in the last days when the Apostle Peter preaches to the people in those days of the birth of the Church.  How close are we now?  This could be your last opportunity to hear the Gospel.

You have heard it now.  Jesus is the Savior of the world!  Take him now in your heart!

Have a good day!
