It is happening!

  Well, it is finally happening.  After taking the month of September off.  I needed it off so we can visit our three grandchildren about one thousand kilometres apart (2 and 1).  We had a new arrival in the family and our third grandchild was born.  A little girl named Mielle which is the French feminine word for "honey".  She does live up to her name and she is a doll.  We are so blessed, we are sometimes not even aware of how much we are.  Gratefulness goes a long way and works hand in hand with praise and worship.  I encourage you to be more grateful. The Faithfulness of God's Word (Psalm 119:137-144)

  137. O Lord, you are righteous, and your decisions are fair.  138. Your decrees are perfect; they are entirely worthy of our trust.  139. I am overwhelmed with rage, for my enemies have disregarded your words.  140. Your promises have been thoroughly tested; that is why I love them so much.  141. I am insignificant and despised, but I don't forget your commandments.  142. Your justice is eternal, and your law is perfectly true.  143. As pressure and stress bear down on me, I find joy in your commands.  144. Your decrees are always fair; help me to understand them, that I may live. God's Light still Shines

It all started when I read: “ For God, who said, Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ .” ( 2 Corinthians 4:6)   I knew right there and then that God’s light was about to shine in my heart, and it did.   I was inspired by someone’s post about Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”   As the post went on with expectation, we might have on another. I realized I had expected my plans to take place in someone else’s and not God’s. I knew I had to do my part of releasing my grip on that person and allow God to work in theirs instead.   The light of God had shone in my heart. The revealing light of his presence. There is freedom in this and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. We must forgive and release people constantly because we not only bound them but ours...
