Soaring like an Eagle

God created us with an overwhelming desire to soar.  Our desire to develop and use every ounce of potential.  He's placed in us is not egotistical.  He designed us to be tremendously productive and "to mount up with wings like an eagle," realistically dreaming of what He can do with our potential.

Sometime ago, it was pointed out to me that there are two kinds of people in this world…

Pecking chickens and Soaring eagles.  That was a shock to my system but then I began to think about it and observed.

The differences spreads throughout their entire life.  A chicken and an eagle.

The pecking chickens are those that want everything so and so and are quite confined to one way of thinking.  They of course never see beyond their coop and are happy with the little that they have.

Unbeknownst to the chickens and that is very sad, they have the potential to become eagles if they choose to spread their wings and become eagles by simply changing their whole outlook on life.

Party time! It is time to bust the coop open and fly the coop.  Those wings are growing so fast and here we are flying above the horizon.  Our imagination has no limit, and we can do anything we think of doing.  We with God are now masters of our destiny and from above in the sky we see a plan with a future in it.  God’s plan is great and good and does not disappoint.

The chicken’s sight is limited to the coop but not the eagle.  The chicken’s food is limited to seeds and whatever it can peck at.  They have a pecking order which tell who does what and when.  Not the eagle, it is independent and with good vision from above can spot from afar a mouse or a rabbit.  It is a carnivore.

I want to be an eagle and I have the imagination it requires to accomplish that.  I don’t watch television often and my vision is unlimited because God inspires me.  I can fly and see the world and my problem from a different perspective. The whole plan is huge, but my worries are small.
