You will make it (Mark 4:35-40)

 As the week unfolds:

As the week went on, it was clear that the Lord was reminding me that I would make it through the other side.

Mark 4:35-40

v. 35 On that day, when evening had come, he said, “Let us go across to the other side”

v.36 And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, just as he was.  And the other boats were with him.

v. 37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling,

v.38 But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion.  And they woke him up and said to him, “Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?”

v.39 And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!”

v.40 And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”

Listening to the Holy Spirit:

Several times now God had reminded me of these verses through different medium like people, scriptures etc….

Maybe something is yet to come where I will need these verses but the point, I am trying to make is that whether Jesus is asleep or awake the fact is that he spoke the word first.

…. “Let us go across to the other side”…

And nothing on earth will change this you can rest assure.

I want to bring you this comfort that whatever you are going through and however how hard it might be God will bring you though the other side.

Or maybe he has spoken a different word to you through scriptures and people.  He will bring it to pass as well.

We had a great weekend with our son and his family as they came for a visit. We are expecting another grand child in August.
